By using the DAXHA application ("the App") or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Description of Service

DAXHA is a high-fidelity System Intelligence platform that provides deterministic temporal alignment calculations, real-time atmospheric/planetary transit mapping, and AI-powered Vedic consultations. Calculations are computed locally using high-precision orbital physics and the Swiss Ephemeris.

2. Disclaimer and No Professional Advice

The astrological calculations, transit alerts, and AI mentor insights provided by DAXHA are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Any decisions made or actions taken based on the calculations, insights, or advice generated by the App are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. User Responsibility

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the birth details (date, time, location) you input. Inaccurate details will result in incorrect calculations.
Service Usage and Abuse: Usage of the AI chat consultations is subject to reasonable usage policies and rate-limiting limits to prevent system abuse.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account details.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain premium features, indicators, and calculations require active subscriptions or one-time purchases.
All purchases are processed securely through third-party services (Stripe, Razorpay, and RevenueCat). You agree to comply with their respective terms of service.
Subscriptions managed through Apple Subscriptions must be cancelled via your Apple Account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

DAXHA, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any decisions made using the App's outputs.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or calculations in the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
